Internship – Immigration – Adminnistration Services
Starting as a single travel site to support travel information of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar, Indochina Discovery Travel currently is a professional travel company with proven credentials in the market, providing full package services of travel, tailor-made tours and Immigration and Administration services. We have a strong professional team with size under of 10 staffs in Ho Chi Minh City office.
In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for four (4) young and dynamic employees to share the passion and show the eagerness to grow up with us in two (2) services included:
– Administrative services: Visa, Work permit, Temporary residence card (TRC) for expatriates;
– Outbound visa services: Visa obtaining for Vietnamese and expatriates for business and/or tourist purpose.

After the Internship, we will consider the candidate’s capability to offer the permanent opportunities work with us.
The detailed tasks of and required qualifications to fill in a position of Fresh Graduates and/or Interns are as follows:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Support to liaise with customers to get information to carry out the services;
– Support to fill in relevant forms;
– Supporting to collect or deliver dossiers from customers;
– Support to contact with authorities;
– Support to provide consultant services to the customer.
Qualifications/Skills:
– College or University degree with the major in Tourism, Administration, English and other relevant majors;
– Have a gentle and service- minded communication manner;
– Could communicate by English well;
– Detail oriented, carefulness is a must;
– Good organisational skills and be able to work under pressure.
– Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel) and Internet surfing;
– Being pro-active, honest, flexible, reliable hard working.
