10th Floor is an important turning-point in BE’s development with a new structure, new organization of leaders.

Many changes have occurred during the past few months as some key members can not join BE frequently for their own business, some are going to study abroad… For further development of BE, we decided to “renovate” our structure with participation from new, young and active factors.

We strongly believe that BE is designed to bring not only an English speaking environment but also a 2nd home to English lovers. We are here trying out best to build a network of friends to learn, to share opportunities and to achieve more success in the future.
