WIN 8 in không được

Driver máy in dang cài: windows 7 64 bit


In cai Print Test page thi duoc nhưng vào bat cu phần mềm nào (word, excel, notepad, chrome...) đều không in duoc va báo lỗi :










Đã dow driver ve cài lại ma van không hết, xin giup đỡ

Try this.

In Metro screen, right-click lower left corner and click All Apps.

Click Control Panel; under Hardware, view devices & printers.

Select your printer by a single left-click. In the thin upper ribbon, look for Remove Device & remove your printer. Back out to Metro.


Unplug the usb cable; turn the printer on.

Click the Desktop tile, fire up IE10, go to HP support and download the latest W7 drivers (if no W7, get Vista).

Click the Windows Explorer icon & navigate to "Downloads" under your name.

Right-click the driver file and extract to the downloads folder. Go into that folder, find setup.exe - DO NOT EXECUTE YET.

Right-click setup - Properties- Compatibility - choose W7 (or Vista).

Near the bottom, Run as administrator - Apply - OK out to the folder.


Now execute setup. It should prompt you when to turn on the printer (just replug the usb).

Máy ban cai win8, máy co quan xài 7 hay XP à

vấn de nay thì nhờ cao nhan khác vậy =)
