Không vào được Manage giúp với mấy pro ơi

Em Right Click vào My Computer -> Manage thì xuất hiện bảng báo lỗi với nội dung như sau: đầu tiên là tiêu đề hộp thoại : "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Star Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools\Computer...", tiếp theo là nội dung bảng báo lỗi : "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please càia program or, if one already installed, create an associated in the Default Programs control panel". Hết. Em vừa tìm khá nhiều nguồn trên google nhưng vẫn không giúp được mong các pro giúp em. Em xin thanks trước
