Batch Photo Processor là phần mềm xử lý ảnh theo nhóm danh sách các file theo thứ tự, các file ảnh được hỗ trợ bao gồm BMP, JPG, GIF, TIF, PNG và dữ liệu PDF.
Phần mềm Batch Photo Processor có thể theo dõi folder, email, FTP mỗi giây và xử lý các file trong một folder. Nó cũng có chức năng Scheduler để chạy ởi một thời điểm cụ thể trong ngày để xử lý các folder khác. Bên cạnh đó, phần mềm này cũng có thể chạy trong background.
